Today started off with a bang. My skin is feeling amazingly beautiful. I'm trying out a new herbal product that my sister bought (shhhhhh I stole it from her). I don't what it is but the natural moisturizer just makes that much of a difference. Not only do I feel refreshingly sexy but I feel naturally pretty too! My skin has never felt more alive. Haha... it sounds corny I know. I am talking about cosmetics here and not some cure for a disease. It's just nice to know that the little changes in life can make a difference and completely change your mood.

Manicures for XMAS

I think I'm going to ask for a manicure for mas. My nails are starting to look great, and I've never been one to do them very well. I'm just one of those people who always have to have someone else paint their nails. Silly, I know. Christina, who also owns her own blog (thought i'd plug it -- love ya girl), will be going w/ me.

Nail Habits are Back

Nail habits are hard to break. Lisa and I were trying to grow out our nails for winter formal. I was doing great until I got really nervous for my date and chewed off all of the tips. How am I going to get a french manicure now?!

Potential for Nails

My nails actually have potential. I stopped biting them after much struggle, and it is looking good. I actually could paint them today because they appeared normal. Is this world ending here? I've gotten so many compliments from my mom. It made me feel proud, in a way. Anyways, nail life is good. Love is good. Everything is great. Hooray for normal nails.

Dances and Bad Nails

I have a school dance tonight and I bit off all of my fingernails. Sarah says that I won't look hot now... it sort of made me want to hide for the rest of the day. Why am I such a loser and why do I have to take my nerves out on my nails? I need cosmetic fix ups for them or something. What the heck am I going to do?

Fingernails are not my Friend

I can't seem to keep my fingernails from looking like an animal attacked them. When I get nervous, I bite them and they just look terrible. I got a gift certificate for a manicure and I never have the chance to use it! Why would I want to when my nails are extremely short? Waste of time, if you ask me. I really need a new technique to stop them from looking terrible. I want them to be long, and display a french manicure. Help!
